Steven got his first gym membership at 16 year’s old after being inspired by famous bodybuilders & powerlifters, and hasn’t looked back since. He now loves passing on his knowledge and habits to his clients, and seeing them change their lives completely for the better through fitness & weight lifting.

Steven loves utilising compound lifts to improve strength and muscle hypertrophy by training as many muscles & joints from all different movements patterns such as horizontal/vertical push/pull & knee flexion/hip hinge exercises.
His training style is to get everything strong for his clients and is big on tracking progression & periodisation.
