Steven got his first gym membership at 16 year’s old after being inspired by famous bodybuilders, and hasn’t looked back since.
Now years later he's competed in bodybuilding, had his own gym for 2.5 years and been working fulltime as a trainer and kickboxing instructor for 8+ years.

He loves passing on his knowledge and habits to his clients, and seeing them change their lives completely for the better through fitness and healthier nutrition.

Steven loves utilising supersets on certian exercises to get the most amount of work in for a shorter time period. His training style also focuses on free weights, compound lifts & core work.
