Steven got his first gym membership at 16 year’s old after being inspired by famous bodybuilders & powerlifters.
He now loves passing on his knowledge and habits to his clients, and seeing them change their lives completely for the better through fitness & weight lifting. He's been in the fitness industry full time since 2014 and once even owned a boutique gym in Balcatta.
Currently he is training his clients at Revo Fitness gyms.

Steven loves utilising compound lifts to improve strength and muscle hypertrophy by training as many muscles & joints from all different movements patterns such as horizontal/vertical push/pull & knee flexion/hip hinge exercises.
His training style is to get everything strong for his clients and he's big on tracking data across all apects.
